I’m Carlen Jones, founder and CEO of CJ Essentials LLC, a nationally certified minority women-owned health and wellness brand specializing in all-natural skincare, haircare, and self-care products. My journey began after surviving cancer, which inspired me to create affordable, natural products that promote healing, confidence, and overall well-being. Over time, that passion evolved into a thriving business that now empowers others to pursue their own dreams through entrepreneurship.

In addition to CJ Essentials, I’m also the creator of Empowering Entrepreneurs for Success, a platform built to inspire and equip both new and seasoned entrepreneurs with the tools, strategies, and motivation to turn their ideas into successful, purpose-driven businesses. I hold a Certificate of Entrepreneurship from the Bank of America Institute for Women’s Entrepreneurship at Cornell University and am a graduate of the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center, where I enhanced my leadership and business development skills.

Through coaching, workshops, and live sessions, my mission is to help others unlock their potential, gain clarity, and take actionable steps toward their goals. I believe everyone has the ability to succeed — sometimes, they just need the right guidance and encouragement to bring their vision to life.
