Cancellation Policy

At CJ Essentials LLC, we strive to provide exceptional coaching services and subscription-based programs to help our clients succeed. The following policies apply to all coaching sessions and subscription plans. Coaching Services Free Trial Coaching Session: Each new client is entitled to one free 1-hour coaching session. The free trial must be scheduled within 14 days of sign-up. Missed appointments without prior notice will not be rescheduled under the free trial offer. Paid Coaching Sessions: Payments for coaching sessions must be made in full at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled session to qualify for a reschedule or refund. Sessions canceled less than 72 hours in advance or missed without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule a session once with at least 72 hours' notice. Additional rescheduling requests will incur a $25 fee. Subscription-Based Programs Payments: Subscriptions are billed monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on the selected plan. Payment is due on the first day of each billing cycle and is non-refundable once charged. Cancellations: Subscriptions may be canceled at any time, but cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the subscription period. Access and Benefits: Subscribers will receive access to all program materials, workshops, and coaching sessions included in their plan for the duration of the subscription. Access will be revoked immediately upon cancellation or non-payment. Refunds and Disputes Refund Policy: Refunds for coaching services or subscriptions will only be issued in cases of errors on our part (e.g., double billing, incorrect charges). Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date.
